Ashburn Farm is one of the largest communities in Ashburn, Virginia.  Centrally located in the heart of Ashburn's 20147 zip code you will be literally ten minutes from everything Ashburn has to offer.  The HOA is strict but ensures the overall look and feel of the neighborhood remains consistent.  You will not find a massive RV parked in a town home driveway in Ashburn Farm -- at least not for long.  The home building has been completed for many years.  If you are looking for the latest and greatest features of a new home your choices will be diminished in Ashburn Farm.  Do not rule out the possibility of finding a fully upgraded home or a property that can be renovated to your specific tastes.
