Loudoun County Makes Top 10 List Again

It is always good to see Loudoun County getting the national publicity it deserves. Loudoun County in top ten. Who would've thunk it? I freely admit a strong bias. I have lived in Ashburn for the past 17 years and watched Ashburn grow up around me and my family. It is where we have chosen to raise our family and the areas continued success means a lot to me.

There will always be a number of contrarians that do not agree with me and my opinions of Loudoun County. It is safe to say Loudoun will continue to have strong employment numbers due to its proximity to the federal government. The one thing all contrarians seem to have in common is a lack of actual time spent inside of Loudoun County. If you have not been here for an extended period of time then you have not experienced everything has to offer.

I really enjoy Loudoun. It truly offers a bit of everything. From smaller more dense communities in the eastern portion all the way to the flowing pastures to the west there is really something for everyone. People that get active in the community will find greater enjoyment than those that do not. There are plenty of activities for children and families. Become a part of something and meet new people. Hello everyone and thanks for checking out my website.  My name is Jeddie Busch and I am a Realtor® in Ashburn and I proudly serve Loudoun and Fairfax counties in the great state of Virginia.   I have lived in Ashburn for the past 18 years (not to date myself at all) and have been able to watch firsthand while the area has grown up around me.  I remember when Brambleton was simply a nice idea, when Toll Brothers broke ground on Belmont Country Club and when the Ashburn Village  builders closed out.  Today Ashburn is drastically different than it was back then and so am I.  Today I am married with 3 active boys and three male dogs.  I am the only female in the house and it presents regular challenges but I am truly grateful for everything and everyone in my life. 

I wanted to say hello and let everyone know that I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  I really enjoy the real estate business.  Some of my earliest memories were with my mom going on the Great Falls home tour and really being amazed by the quality of craftsmanship and the extreme attention to detail required to construct such fantastic homes.  It really does make sense for me to be involved in real estate professionally.  In addition to real estate I have worked for many years in both banking and finance.  I graduated from Virginia Tech and I also earned a MBA from Marymount University in Arlington.  This provides me with the requisite knowledge and ability to fully explain any financial questions that clients may have.  Once again welcome to my little corner of the Internet and feel free to contact me.  I would love the opportunity to help sell your home or show you what is currently available for purchase.
